at the macro level:
- There is a Leadership gap! Research shows that those in 1st line and middle management are among those who are experiencing the highest levels of stress - pressure from leaders above and managing teams below. Data from Gartner for HR and Simon Sinek's The Optimism Company both point to these challenges.
- Most companies approach to leadership development for this group of management is limited to self-directed on-line learning or left to individuals to find/complete development on their own time and money.
at the micro level:
- The data from Sinek's study reveals that the top issue for managers is a lack of confidence.
- I believe - You are made on purpose and for a purpose. There is tremendous untapped potential inside of you just waiting to be released.
- I have a passion to coach aspiring leaders and managers - to guide them to identify and discover their values, strengths, communication style, and a personal development roadmap to grow into and thrive in their full potential.
