Bill's "Why"
at the macro level:
- Overall, people need Jesus. He is the way, the truth, and the life - John 14:6.
- From a business and people perspective, there is a Leadership gap. Research shows that those in 1st line and middle management are among those who are experiencing the highest levels of stress - pressure from leaders above and managing teams below. Data from Gartner for HR and Simon Sinek's The Optimism Company both point to these challenges.
- Most companies approach to leadership development for this group of management is limited to self-directed on-line learning or left to individuals to find/complete development on their own time and money.
at the micro level:
- C.S. Lewis posed a great question: If Jesus claims to be who He says He is, the Son of God - then He's either a liar, a lunatic, or Lord. Each and every person has to consider this. How do we respond?
- I believe - You are made on purpose and for a purpose. There is tremendous, untapped potential inside of you just waiting to be released.
- I have a passion to coach and serve aspiring leaders and managers - to guide them to identify and discover their values, strengths, communication style, and a personal development roadmap to grow into and thrive in their full potential.
